Request a PAC Number

Your PAC (Personal Access Code) is an individual customer security code designed to protect your privacy and is also a requirement of New Zealand's privacy legislation.

If you have misplaced or forgotten your PAC number, please contact us.

For privacy reasons, we will need to ask several challenge questions to establish your identity. Remember to keep your new PAC number in a secure place, as Air New Zealand is not liable for any fraudulent activity if someone else uses your PAC and Airpoints™ membership numbers.
